Hardware Engineer

OxyGuard International A / S is looking for a hardware engineer for a position with lots of responsibility and autonomy.

Are you passionate about developing complex electronics for systems used worldwide?

You will be involved in the development of all the company's products, from the idea phase to the final product. You will therefore need to communicate effectively with other professional groups, such as mechanical engineering and software developers. You will also participate in the handover from development to production.

On a daily basis, your work tasks will consist of designing, drawing, testing and documenting the company's circuit boards. The boards are versatile and range from small simple transmitters over low-power handheld instruments, wireless meters to high-efficiency power supplies. Most of the products include some form of processor, so you will also need to work with high-speed designs.

As part of the development team at OxyGuard, you will experience great independence and will participate in choosing the direction for future products. You will enjoy a high level of influence on your own work tasks and processes, and experience an informal but professional work environment with a flat hierarchy.

We are looking for a colleague, who familiarizes quickly with the tasks and understands the trade-offs relevant to the industry. It is, furthermore, an advantage if you are familiar with Altium Designer.

We expect you to:

  • Have a university degree in electronics
  • Be interested in all aspects of electronics development
  • Appreciate a good work structure
  • Be solution-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
  • Effectively communicate chosen solutions to other professional groups
  • Thrive on a backlog of tasks
